Rabbit Fencing

Rabbit fencing is also one of our main services. It is mainly erected around new tree planting and conservation projects and around existing woodland to prevent rabbits eating crops and damaging grassland. It is clipped to two horizontal High Tensile wires and buried in the ground to prevent rabbits burrowing underneath.

 

We have manufactured our own single furrow plough which enables us to plough the furrow to put the rabbit wire in after the posts are knocked in and the wires fixed on. This makes erecting fencing more efficient and keeps the costs down. The plough then converts to a dozer blade to push the soil back into the furrows to leave a very neat rabbit proof fence.
