Manège construction and repair is a highly specialised part of our services. We offer full or part construction. Some clients have the resources to provide their own groundworks and just require the erection of the fencing while others require the whole service.

 

Many factors have to be taken into conseration when building a manège. This includes the position of the manège to the stables and yards, layout of the land and accessability.

 

The area is levelled using a cut and fill method ensuring minimal removal of earth and a full herringbone drainage system if installed and connected into a main drain or soakaway. The fencing is erected using 9' long 6" x 3" posts with three heavy duty boards to retain the base and surfaces and three standard sawn rals above. A half round rail can be fixed to the top of the posts to cover any post corners to give your manège the professional finish.
